Dear Iliyan In response to your 1 Star review we have fully investigated this Our couriers DPD did attempt to deliver to you on the requested date 11th August at 12:43PM but nobody was there to receive the delivery, you would have also received update notifications via email & text on your mobile. You paid extra for a specified weekend delivery service and the couriers did try to deliver to you on the day. We also emailed you after the weekend after checking with DPD to ensure that you receive your order and it was delivered within the time slot on Monday 14th August.
