“Excellent service from start to finish. We bought a 65-inch TV from them. Purchase was easy and the price was fantastic. As soon as we completed the purchase, we were given the first of many updates. I was constantly told how my order was progressing. Finally a young man called me exactly when they said he would giving me a 30 minutes heads up, he then arrived exactly on time. He was polite and generally very pleasant. Top marks all round guys. The TV is also great.”

“Ordered a 75" TCL TV which was dispatched and arrived promptly. Unfortunately the TV was damaged which was disappointing, however electricshop acted promptly and replaced the faulty item within a few days. Things don't always go great with online ordering and problems do happen, for me it is how the retailer responds that defines a good retailer and electric shop were very responsive in resolving the problem.”
