“The team at electric shop were very helpful. After purchasing some speakers from Amazom, they failed to let me know the items were out of stock. I then went directly to electricshop as it was showing in stock. Spoke to someone on the chat who very kindly helped and confirmed stock ( i needed 6 speakers for a new showroom I am opening) Communaiton was great and once stock was comfirmed, I placed the order. The package arrived safley and will now be installed. Thank you guys, I hope to do more business with you again.”

“Quick service. Only issue was with delivery DPD! Was given a date and time, waited in, put off a hospital visit till later to see my daughter ( who is still in hospital over Christmas) only for the time slot go change which meant I couldn't visit. Then was changed completely to the next day, when I was back in work. Sorted delivery with a neighbour and a note on my door. But despite that so far do good with my hoover.”

“I ordered a Dyson hot and cool fan and air purifier. When I ordered it it said it would take a few days. I received a phone call from a gentleman from the company explaining it would take a bit longer.. I said i really need it before 24th December as it was a gift ,he assured me it would be.. it arrived on the 23rd .. it was nice to be able to talk to someone who actually worked and for the company and really helped.. Thankyou I will be using you again and will recommend you to my friends and family.”
