“I bought a pair of Bowers and Wilkins headphones. I couldn't find them any cheaper anywhere else online. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was as promised. I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the sound they produce and wish I had bought them years ago. (I am particularly pleased to see that the current price is around £60 more than I paid!)”

“There is no point in offering the option for selecting a set day as delivery if you are not going to deliver on that day. I purposely chose a daliery date for when I would be back from holiday and you tried to deliver earlier anyway whilst I was still away.”
