“I ordered some stock and I picked for a quick delivery paid the extra to have it delivered quicker but it took nearly a week to come and when it did come there was only half my order I am still waiting on the other half of my order.”

“First time purchasing from Electrical World. Positive experience - high-quality garden rake at a great price, delivered on time, well packaged. I was new to the garden brand/product and didn't realise I needed to buy the handle separately, but quickly found what I needed online and the handle I ordered elsewhere fits perfectly. It might be helpful for EW to state on its website that the handle needs to be purchased separately.”
