Information on delivery misleading and not what I paid for. Enquired and just received an update which still resulted n a late delivery. Charged for express delivery which was a waste of time. Comms terrible. At least products were good.

Product arrived broken and no way of complaining or rectifying offered. Phone unavailable, Chat Line deliberately obstructive, no alternative. Typical modern anti-customer ethic.

The item was beautiful, but the specifications could have been more clear. It should state if ordered outside of UK it requires different voltage. Very dissatisfied with the return costing me money.

I ordered some stock and I picked for a quick delivery paid the extra to have it delivered quicker but it took nearly a week to come and when it did come there was only half my order I am still waiting on the other half of my order.

First time purchasing from Electrical World. Positive experience - high-quality garden rake at a great price, delivered on time, well packaged. I was new to the garden brand/product and didn't realise I needed to buy the handle separately, but quickly found what I needed online and the handle I ordered elsewhere fits perfectly. It might be helpful for EW to state on its website that the handle needs to be purchased separately.
