“Excellent experience dealing with Electrical World. The website is easy to use with a good selection of merchandise. The item I ordered was well packaged which is good as it was a fluorescent light, the checkout process was easy, and it arrived safely after a couple of days. I would highly recommend Electrical World.”

“Order arrived damaged. Electrical World are reluctant to replace and instead wants to offer 10% off a faulty product. I've had to request a replacement three times as they only want to offer a discount on a product that is broken and useless. Still in the process of sorting this out but received an email asking for a review. Terrible customer service”
