“Very good delivery, but tube had been broken at some time”

“Happy with the delivery etc but not quite happy with the device. The filter blocks up and need to be cleaned else there is no succion .. I had to clean three times while cleaning up the fireplace!!”

“Prices are very good - customer services not so. 2-4 days estimated delivery then 3-5 actually 6. I live in England so service may be better locally. How quick did the company reply to your queries? - mostly over 24 hours”

“1. Very good price 2. Answered my queries in quick time. 3. Item did have some damage but only cosmetic. Must have happened prior to dispatch as in all fairness tlit was wrapped my than adequately”

“Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, I wanted a particular MCB which was advertised on the website but a different one was sent. The electrician refused to fit it - understandably (don't mix and match MCBs in a consumer unit). I have to say though that when I rang and subsequently emailed a few times every one was extremely helpful and courteous and a full refund was obtained with free return postage. This experience would not put me off using this company again.”

“Good order system ,reasonably priced and arrived as expected but very badly packaged . I ordered some steel buckets and light bulbs . Bulbs were packed in a open box inside a large box containing the buckets bulbs have spilled out and some have been damaged by the bucket. Would have complained but for the value of bulbs not worth the hassle very dissatisified”

Good afternoon Tom I am sorry to hear of a problem with your delivery I regret that a large volume of orders despatched from here via Royal Mail on Monday, 2nd March went astray within the Royal Mail distribution system. Tracking Information for these items has shown for several days a message to the effect that they were still at the Northern Ireland Mail Centre. We have been advised by Royal Mail that the missing items have now been located and that they are being individually scanned to update the tracking information. We have also been advised that Royal Mail plan to deliver these items on Saturday, 7th March to residential addresses and on Monday, 9th March to business addresses. The tracking does now show to be delivered May we check you have safely received this and if so if you would consider updating your review? Kind Regards Tirzah

“The product I purchased was listed as "IN STOCK". So I ordered all they showed in inventory 10. Then nothing... No shipping info just an "your order is being picked notification. If it's in stock "pickin' " shouldn't take long. 4 days later I e-mail'em asking for order update. Was told they're waiting on order to arrive - they had to order the items. Mmmmm.... I read "IN STOCK". Total of 10 days order to receive. Not too bad but then.... I get this request for a rating with the caveat that if I can't leave and "Excellent" rating to contact them - I did. Thought everything was taken care of then.... I get another request for a rating. I'm thinkin' "gluttons for punishment....:>) As I noted the performance was acceptable but it wasn't "Good" or "Very Good"....”

“Delivery was fine arrived within a few days, fitting unit was ok however there was some minor damage to the outer casing. I would use again, price was good.”
