“The fire is ok and works there is a slight damage to the back on the right hand side caused by transit or when it was packed”

“Good service with regard to packing and delivery, but the lighting unit was damaged so I have sent it back. Where is my replacement? Order number was 265328.”

“Prices were good but the delivery took two weeks with zero communications in between. I ended up using another supplier to get what I needed for a job and waited for the courier. This delay is apparently due to covid, but in my experience non of my other suppliers are seriously affected by it. Some of the order was missing when it arrived so I called to complain, miraculously the courier returned two hours later with the rest of it. Not overly impressed, from this experience I probably wont order again.”

Hello Robert Thank you for your feedback Quickly checking your order shows as delivered 9 days after dispatch which also included the weekend so 7 business days - not 2 weeks :) we do advise all customers on our website there are delays with the postal service at present which I am afraid we have no control over as many other businesses. “Sadly only some of my order arrived, I have emailed Electronic world but had no Reply. After numerous emails the missing bits where delivered. Not the best of transactions but it’s now resolved.”

“Ordered and received the item quite quickly and it looks lovely and is of good quality. My only concern was that after ordering I received no e mail or correspondence with regards to when the order was arriving or the fact that it was coming in two parcels and on two separate delivery days. I only found this out after the first parcel was delivered and I emailed to say I hadn't received it all although the after service was prompt.”

“i am waiting with over a week for this delivery would not order off ye again still have not received the parcel not good enough i received my parcel the day i put up this note it arrived on the day i should but i found it to be a long time waiting”

“Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery. A text said it was despatched but a couple of days later it was still being sorted. And when I put in the bulbs one of the lights didn't work and still doesn't. I'm not blaming the product and price wise it was very good.”

“Although the article that arrived was not the one ordered electrical World customer services politely answered all my Emails and very quickly rectified the problem and sent the the article that I had originally ordered.”
