Wrong item supplied and promised return call re sending it back never happened - had to ring again. Poor customer service.

Terrible service Charge me for next day Never arrived. Didn’t have parts in stock. When they did they arrived late.

Sorry to say I’ve had a poor experience, order not filled 2 emails to find out what I should do, but no reply, still waiting for my problem to be sorted out. Am unable to get on with my job as short of cable.

I ordered Cool White ( it say so on boxes) But there Not there Warm White and are diffrent than my other light bulbs under my kitchen work tops.Not Happy at all

We ordered an electrical stove and paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day and long and short of it is that we are still waiting for the stove 6 days later with no idea of when it will arrive. Staff tried to help and for that I appreciate, but the lack of communication from the beginning didn't help (for example when they knew they could not arrange next day delivery - they should have contacted me - not leaving me waiting in for my order which was not going to arrive). Lack of tracking details doesn't help. Whether the issue is with the delivery company or electrical world - I have no idea as my last two emails (sent yesterday) asking when delivery is likely to be are currently unanswered. NB/ i've answered the question below saying my order has taken over 7 days - as I hope that it will be resolved and I will actually get my order next week ... fingers crossed! As tomorrow is Sunday and I still haven't heard anything from Electrical World - I presume it will be another couple of days and therefore it will be over 7 days.

When purchased you stated a two to four day delivery only after I phoned a week later was my fire was dispatched

Have previously purchased online as we are in New Zealand... Their system changes the delivery address to the billing address and so our shipment was previously delayed a number of weeks. This time I spotted this in the confirmation email and despite this went back and forth with the customer service guy for a week to resolve this. Now we have received a small part shipment and the balance has been held back as the declared value was really high (obviously another admin error) and now have to send proof of purchase for which I actually do not have an invoice yet either :-(

Unfortunately it has taken 2 weeks to get the delivery from original order and I still haven’t received it all .This has let the side down poorly

Rather badly packed. 20 standard old style BC bulbs were delivered, sides were protected but ends were next to the cardboard box. ONE bulb completely smashed.

I ordered (order no 137475) 2 X 9W GFL GX53 opal cabinet bulbs, I received 2 X 5W GX53 instead. The only reason I went with Electrical World was that they advertised the 9W version. Had I wanted the 5W version I could have bought the same at a fraction of the price I paid from other suppliers.

Very slow delivery. Customer services unhelpful. Never tracked my or followed up with phone as promised. Item eventually arrived. However we were Pleased with the lights.

The good were received bu had been broken in transit. Electrical World dealt with my query speedily and effectively and processed a full refund. The broken goods was not the fault of Electrical World but they dealt with this brilliantly. Despite this little hiccup, I would use them again.

Ordered on 23/5/18 at 08.05 was told 2-3 days came on 30/5/18 maybe not all there fault but still did not help me, product good.
