Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Placed order on the 28/11 /18 at about 9.30am. This e'mail arrived and review written 2/12/18. E'mail also states "will be entered into a draw"to take place on the 1/11/18 !! Can't answer the following questions for obvious reasons.

Need to reform your tracking facilities. A bit vaigue on who the actual couriers are as all are included in details and difficult to track actual couriers. Need to advise at the start of process that cannot do next day delivery due to weight. Need to look at administration service as late with acknowledgment or response to emails. Need to keep customers informed quickly when items out of stock rather before continue with payment. Delivery man not happy to carry 30k fire into home and not happy having to wait whilst item checked for any damage. Overall, poor service. Won’t consider buying anything in the future which is a shame as would have liked to support this relatively new company and its young hardworking CEO.

HI June, I was sorry to see that the courier did not track your order using the number provided - there should have been no difficulty with this. The maximum weight that we can send 24 tracked would be 20kg, but our courier can deliver up to 30kg with a one-man delivery. I Ordered 4 fluorescent tubes, P & P cost more than the tubes themselves. I was disappointed to fiind that 2 tubes didn't work

Ordered with an Irish adapter for my gas bottle, it came with a UK adapter and I contacted customer service who are yet to respond, Very disappointed.

wrong bulbs ordered, returned via recorded delivery asking for bulbs with a measurement of 337mmm prong to prong. this was a week ago still no bulbs.

I expected to receive my order within 4 working days maximum but I'm still waiting delivery 9 days since ordering a new electric fire. I suspect this item wasn't in stock when I placed my order.

Ordered some products on October 9th and as of October 31, have not received the order yet. I live in USA understandable it will take some time but not this long. The ordering was okay just the delivery is the problem.

Rang to change delivery to today and was told it would be as I was away and low and behold arrived Monday day previously scheduled despite me changing and getting confirmation. Have seen products yet but hope better than customer service

I ordered a Sealey gas heater and was sent a Kingavon gas heater - no explanation given. The website says that items weighing less than 20kg will be sent by post (which I much prefer). It was purely by luck that I happened to be at home when the courier phoned to ask for directions to my house! Again, no explanation given.

I had a bad experience. I ordered 3 x battery boxes. I got an email giving me a link which said the order was complete. But after 10 days i still hadn't received anything. So i phoned up and was told that the items were out of stock... I said i needed them and then got delivered one last week and then the balance today over 2 weeks after the order. I never received any notification that the goods were out of stock.
