“I ordered two pairs of gloves that I had found diffuclt to buy elsewhere as they were out of stock. I placed the order with Electricalworldmwho had stock, I found that the service was excellent with a prompt delivery.”

“I purchased this steamer in good faith as being 20cm, as stated on the box. However as can be seen on the photo it proved to be 19cm. Since it was a replacement for a 20cm steamer it was of no use to me. When I pointed this out to Returns, I was informed that I would have to pay for return, despite the fact that it was not my fault. I have given the steamer to a friend, and put it down to (bad) experience”
