I stumbled across this site recently and was amazed to find that it sold cat biscuits! I ordered 2 bags of specialised dry cat food from them.The order arrived very quickly and I saved myself over ÂŁ10!!! I am very impressed and will definitely order again from them. I thought they would only sell electrical items!

Our experience with Electrical World has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. We ordered 10 lights, yet had to chase down the delivery twice before we finally received a package. To make matters worse, only 3 of the 10 lights were included. At no point were we informed that the remaining lights were on backorder—this crucial detail was completely omitted. When we reached out for an explanation, we were met with vague, canned responses. There is no direct customer service line to call, leaving us to rely on an impersonal AI chatbot and email, which only added to the frustration. It's as if the customer service team doesn't even work for the company, and the whole support process feels outsourced and disconnected from any real accountability. Weeks later, we're still chasing their customer service for updates, and the lack of communication and transparency is appalling. I would strongly advise against doing business with Electrical World. Their service is unreliable, and their lack of support leaves customers completely in the dark—literally and figuratively. The fact you then respond asking us to amend our review is also a joke, so the review still stands.
