“Electrical world is 5 from 5 . If I could give you 6 then I would. Excellent service and no problems as promised. Pure perfection . My heater was delivered on time and no fuss at a very competitive rate too ! Well done Electrical world.”

“Paid for expedited shipping - half of the order took a week to arrive. Advised customer services told they had used a different courier and sent a tracking link. No apology and no refund for the extra shipping charges paid. Sent a link to leave a review and advised to contact them if less than happy before leaving a review. So I did. Advised to have a good week - no apology, no refund of extra shipping charges. Useless - unless you are happy to wait for your goods & deal with impotent customer services in case of a problem then I would avoid. They were cheaper than I could have sourced locally. I guess they used the discount to cut their customer services budget.”

“I was very pleased with the service and had my order delivered very promptly. I would love to know if you stock modern free standing electric fires as I am looking for one at the moment. I do not like the free standing stove like fires or the coal effect. I am looking for a casette free standing to place in front of my casette stove for the summer when I will not have a fire. “Paint was all over inside packaging. Leaked and then wrapped to stop it doing it further. Should not have been wrapped and delivered to customer in that state.”

“this item was meant to be delivered in 48 hours, i booked my plumber, electrician to coincide with the expected delivery of this item, but as this item didn't arrive in time i had to pay the electrician extra for him to complete the job. now they want to charge me to send the item back.”
