“I was very pleased with the service and had my order delivered very promptly. I would love to know if you stock modern free standing electric fires as I am looking for one at the moment. I do not like the free standing stove like fires or the coal effect. I am looking for a casette free standing to place in front of my casette stove for the summer when I will not have a fire. I would appreciate if you could help me . Kind regards JobHealy”

“Paint was all over inside packaging. Leaked and then wrapped to stop it doing it further. Should not have been wrapped and delivered to customer in that state.”

“this item was meant to be delivered in 48 hours, i booked my plumber, electrician to coincide with the expected delivery of this item, but as this item didn't arrive in time i had to pay the electrician extra for him to complete the job. now they want to charge me to send the item back.”
