“Service by Electrical World was excellent, but let down by use of Royal Mail. They came on Friday 1sf Sept when I was out briefly and left a note to say that they would re-deliver Saturday 2nd. They didn't. On Monday 4th I went to the sorting office at 8 a.m. to demand my package. They said that it would be delivered on that day. It was, eventually, but you can imagine the inconvenience. We didn't ask for re-delivery! It took 6 days in all, which your questionnaire doesn't seem to provide for.”

“I ordered an RCD and the one I received was faulty. I reported it and was asked to provide photo evidence of the damage. I did so about a week ago but I have heard nothing since. I am very unhappy with this service and I would not be recommending Electrical World to anyone. Pat Ward”

“couldn't find these bulbs anywhere locally., found them at electrical world so ordered them. arrived in a couple of days. cant fault the service and going to measure up the tubes for my kitchen units and order some.”

“Delivery was far more than the 3 - 5 days stated, 10 days in total, camping electric hook-up purchased was satisfactory and wouldn't work at first, on inspection it was found one of the wires was loose within the four plug connector, once tightened worked ok”
