“Contacted for returning the item but it will be costing the same amount to me without the item. That cancels my future shopping with you. You are loosing a customer for 11 eur. Not smart at all. You can check previus shopping and evaluate future shopping value before making a decision for a trivial amount. Good day”

“Order process efficient. Delivery was an issue. Paid for 1 - 2 day delivery, took two weeks to get the order completed. This of course is down to the courier and there was genuine concern and apology once I raised this issue with Electrcial World. I'm considering this a once-off and will return to order again. No hard feelings.”
