“2 x Vitcas Black Rope + Glue - Kit for Fireplaces and Stoves, 6mm - I bought these stove glass ropes, I am very pleased with them as I found it hard to find the soft rope which works much better with Glass. They were dispatched promptly.”

“Ordered on 13th Oct goods are out of stock after a long wait goods arrived damaged sent item back waiting for a replacement which never came after so many emails was sent a refund which I didn't want so lost out on my goods and postage. Took from 13th Oct Until 9th Dec to sort out not good. Also customer service also not good. Will never buy from this company again”
