“Great Service all round Purchased 15 strip light bulbs for the office. Price was VERY good. Despatch and delivery were excellent. Communication was very good. Items were very well packed, and suffered no damage. Furthermore, because they were sent by Parcelforce, I was able to opt to delay delivery from Saturday (When the office is closed) to Monday. Highly recommend.”

“My order took a week to arrive and 1 of the 2 items was incorrect, mistakes happen, but I’ve emailed, live chat, phoned with no luck on a resolution it’s been 4 days, just generic email responses despite the urgency as mentioned several times, no call back as requested, left my number several times. Awful service I will never use this company again.”
