“Awful. Rubbish customer service: unclear, sporadic emails and a telephone line that is never answered. 27 days waiting for my delivery. I don't know how else to get in touch other than spamming the reviews.”

“Items arrived safe and sound, just annoying I hadn’t double checked my measurements and the bulbs don’t fit ! I hadn’t included the pins. Lesson learned.”

“Great Service all round Purchased 15 strip light bulbs for the office. Price was VERY good. Despatch and delivery were excellent. Communication was very good. Items were very well packed, and suffered no damage. Furthermore, because they were sent by Parcelforce, I was able to opt to delay delivery from Saturday (When the office is closed) to Monday. Highly recommend.”
