“When unpacked our fire was found to be damaged. As it arrived on Saturday I had to wait until Monday to report its condition. I was amazed when my word was accepted without question and I was told the item would be replaced the following week. The exchange was done on my doorstep without any fuss. Excellent customer support, I am very impressed.”
