“Deliveries on different days some of the order not recieved.”

“Order arrived promptly but all the bags of peat bar one were under weight by upto 3 kg. Should all have been 12kg bags. Would not buy again due to the issue above. Seller responded with a partial refund very quickly. Peat is OK, but does burn through very quickly. Have had better in the past.”

“Placed an order which allegedly was with the courier within a couple of days. It’s now 12 days since and no sign of the order being delivered. I did manage to chat to a customer service representative and told they would investigate but have heard nothing 4 days later. Now every time I try to contact you I am unable to. I’m thinking now that I may have been scammed, my advice to anyone would be to avoid this company at all costs.”
