“Ordered a bracket for the TV and was sent the incorrect one. I emailed to highlight the issie and was basically told the one I was sent would do the same job. I had to explain why I ordered the one I did (why I should have to is beyond me) and when it was agreed it was incorrect I was asked to pay postage to return to the UK as the returns policy doesn't cover overseas. They had no problem taking my money for an express delivery overseas. Poor customer experience in general.”

Hi Colin Thanks for your review I have taken a look through the email correspondence and I can see that we did send an incorrect item not on purpose, as this is what we have been sent by the manufacturer. We did request you send this back initially and asked to keep postage proof as we would be refunding you in full along with any additional postage, as we are UK based so do not have pre paid labels outside of the UK, so I am sorry to hear you thought you would have to pay postage when we clearly advised we would refund you this. We also note that as a gesture we decided to not hassle you in returning the goods and refunded you in full without any further questions I hope that clears the matter up for you Kind Regards
