“I bought from Electrical World because of competitive pricing. The plastic product arrived damaged as it was inadequately packaged. Customer service rushed me a replacement but ignored my packaging suggestion and the replacement was also damaged. A partial (10%) refund was offered. I would have no hesitation in buying a solid product from them in the future, but this was a disappointing result.”
