“Ordered numerous electrical items to suit a new Garage build including Electrical Consumer Unit, Sockets, Wiring etc. Great online selection of quality items which arrived within the promised 5 day delivery time. One minor criticism is that the Packaging for all the items could be stronger.”

“Unfortunately, when putting in the 2 Pin Plug into the fitting, it drops out and will not maintain the connection. I would sugest, as an Electrical Engineer that the socket on the fitting is faulty. The fitting either needs replacing or crediting my account. Please advise a course of action? Yours sincerely Horace Hipkiss 07540 008096”
