“Absolutely appalling service. Part of my order was dispatched and a month later I’m still waiting on the other half to be dispatched. Website advertised a 3-5 day wait on the items. Total lies to get you to spend money on something you’ll probably never get. Customer service agents just lie about it coming into the warehouse and being dispatched soon.”

“Found a cheaper price after purchase and reached out to customer services but, despite their price-match claim on the website, Electrical World refused to offer any partial refund. They say they only price-match if you contact them BEFORE purchase and send them a link to the other supplier's item! It's all there in the small print apparaently. Hey, but why wouldn't you just buy from the other supplier in the first place?! Just another sales gimmick I'm afraid - but who knows, maybe this review will win me the £1000 Amazon voucher ...”
