“Very poor customer service and lack of understanding as to the problem. It was NOT a transport or delivery problem but a poor quality and control issue in the packaging and dispatch dept. Product arrived minus essential components that made the rest redundant. Plastic bag containing parts had holes in it so as to remove items unnoticed and cable ties used to keep these parts together were cut and left inside the bag. Furthermore, the pittence of a 10% refund for a useless item is laughable. If there was a minus Star that is what I would be giving.”

“I found that Electrical World had a great range of products. I wa sparticularly interested in an electrical connection for use on campsites. The part I needed was in stock, and was delivered within a couple of days which was great as I needed it the following weekend. I'd certainly use them again, as I am an electrician and often need slightly irregular or difficult to source products.”

“Ordered several packets of Unwins seeds, many of them arrived very short dated and will be out of date months before they can be planted in the Spring. Customer service was extremely poor and couldn't even apologise when I alerted them to their error, I got a one line response telling me that "they should be fine to plant". I'll avoid dealing with this company in the future and advise others to do the same.”
