“My under kitchen unit lamps came well wrapped and within 2 days. This is the second time I have used this company as I find their website very easy to navigate. “Order process was straightforward, good delivery time and product quality was great. As for improvements, measurements could be shown in the product pictures, this is especially important for online purchases. I've ordered 1 x Hadley Universal 31cm Cubo Saucer as I previously purchased a 30.5cm wide squared pot in another place so I though this would be a perfect fit. Unfortunately the 31cm mentioned on the website was if meausred from the top and not from the bottom so ended up with a saucer that doesn't fit my pot properly. Lastly, less protective packaging could be use for non delicate products like a pot saucer, supporting the environment.”

“I purchased the spider spray after having a very traumatic experience when i woke up in the middle of the night to find a spider 🕷️ sitting looking at me on my beside locker that was about the size of a tarantula ( no lie ) as definitely was related to one as o could see the hairs on his legs😱I proceeded to jump out of my bed and grab my hoover to suck him up. He put up a fight as he tried to grab on the side of the hose , it took a good 3 tries before I got him into the hover, I then threw the hoover outside my back door in case he decided to try escape. Since buying your spray I can now relax as it definitely seems to have stopped them little creatures from entering my house as I think they get a whiff of it as soon as they try to enter and run the opposite direction rip spider 🕷️”

“To whom it concerns, I was so happy to recievebmy 4 pink bulbs as I always had a pink bulb in the lamp in the hall which gave a lovely pink glow.When I inserted the new pink bulb I was shocked to see it was a smoky red!! I could not belive it and removed it immediately as I did not want my neighbours to get the wrong idea. I had to return them ,I only returned 3 of them not the one I opened up .I hope to recieve my money back for the three I posted back .I must say the service is very efficient but unfortunately I was not happy with the colour.”
