“I ordered on 26th June and I received no updates on my order until I called on 6th July and was told it would ship that day with DPD. The order has now arrived and the store have called me to explain that DPD did not provide full tracking to me on this package.”

“Purchased the item on the 4th July for delivery on the 5th July, paid for an overnight next day delivery. it is now Monday the 9th July and we still have not received our item. This item finally turned up on Tuesday the 10th, however in the meantime the customer services responded to my compliant and without asking any questions sent out another above door heater direct to site this arrived on time and was able to be installed before the handover date on our project. well done Electrical World for your quick actions in resolving this problem.”

“I spent a lot of time sourcing a low energy brick light to match and replace one of my existing lights without disturbing existing brickwork and pointing. Many suppliers have stopped selling them. I found it at electrical world at a good price. In the space of a week, at the time I was going to order it, it had been considerably increased in price. They honoured the original price. However they sent me the LED version instead of the low energy version. The light pattern and appearance is different when switched on but fortunately the unit could be fitted without the need to disturb existing brickwork and pointing. It is a shame they couldn't get it right but at least if I need to replace the others the LED version is more readily available”

“The item was a Wellington boot stand and it disappointing as it was not a solid and chunky as I perceived it to be from the photograph. However the delivery was timeous and efficient . Thankyou”

“one item was poorly packaged which is was easily bent and as it was a fluorescent tube it was broken on arrival. Also one item was missing from the order and as yet I haven't been advised that the missing item will be sent. Amendment:- A replacement order was sent out very promptly, but sadly one tube was broken again, after speaking to Esther it was agreed that they would issue a refund for the broken tube instead of trying to post one again. Esther seemed to take on board my comments regarding packaging for this type of item.”
