“The glue guns were sturdy but after a few moments they switched off leading me to believe there was an electrical fault hence the low price. I was unable to get any power continuity from them. I tried different plug points to no avail. Wouldn't buy them again. Shipping was fast”

“Very quick ordering, processing and dispatch of our Carnilove dog food. Be patient with the delivery/courier process as the Yodel tracking tool isn't the best but the package turns up after a few days without warning. This is the second time that we've used Electrical World as their product is good value; the first time we ordered I chased up the order because it disappeared off the Yodel tracking updates. I was assured that it had been dispatched by Electrical World and sure enough it arrived a couple of days later. The second time I ordered I just trusted in the process without trying to use the tracking tool and the package arrived without prior notification from Yodel a few days later. We'll definitely use Electrical World next time.”

“Received email stating order dispatched, followed by an email stating order still being processed. Invalid tracking, and poor customer service. Raised a dispute with my bank, they make false accusations to try to cover themselves. Much of the same when they respond to your review. Would never recommend.”

The tracking number provided was the same one later used to confirm successful delivery. A dispute with your bank was raised the day after delivery was confirmed. In accordance with standard procedure, we contacted you to arrange collection of the item so the claim could proceed. All information submitted to your bank was factual and fully supported by the order timeline. Regarding the subscription, you opted into it at checkout to receive a 5% discount on your order, and then requested cancellation immediately after your first delivery. As you experienced difficulty cancelling it yourself, our team manually processed this for you as soon as you contacted us. If you would like us to publish the full timeline and communication for absolute clarity, we are happy to do so. Otherwise, if you require anything further, our support team remains available.
