Everything explained, and they are always on hand if I have any questions. A very friendly team who are a real pleasure to deal with. It is also worth mentioning they were able to help me when a lot of other brokers couldn't, due to some unusual requirements that I had!”

“We have consistently received a high level of service over a number of years from Edwards Insurance Brokers. We are a small Church in Leicestershire and no longer have nobody within our ranks with specialist insurance knowledge. Insurance is an increasingly complex area, especially when we are involved in putting on outside events etc. so we find the services of a good broker essential. Edwards offer us a personal level of service and David and his team are always on hand to give us prompt, specialist advice - no telephone queueing, annoying menus, call centres etc. You can always speak to a helpful person. Any claims we have had have been promptly and efficiently dealt with. I would certainly recommend the Company. Steve Holman (Administrator - Oadby Baptist Church)”
