“The only broker who really listened, instantly understood my needs, offered the additional add on options that I had wanted, for me to consider without any pressure, (which competitors hadn't even heard of). Alan returned calls on time and came up with the exact product I asked for at a competitive price. Polite, friendly and professional at all times Alan was reassuring, explained all jargon and didn't bat an eyelid when he had to explain a few points I had not grasped initially. The turn around time was incredible. I thoroughly recommend Edwards Insurance brokers.”

“Very poor service, initial online request for a quotation ignored. When I rang all I get is emails, no attempt at any professional 'know your customer' approach and then just given a ridiculously high premium without any attempt at a breakdown across the three distinct areas I required cover for. Needless to say I am going elsewhere.”

“We never had a bad experience with Edwards. One of our church members had an accident in the church and more in panic I informed the Brokers. They were more than helpful. I could not speak too highly of them. As it turned out the church member was sorted out through the church.”

“The service from Steven was good. Unfortunately we incurred a large amount of expense for inspections required by Edwards on the back of a burglary for which we did not claim, but were honest about reporting, Steven did his job well but the Church was not pleased.”
