“We have consistently received a high level of service over a number of years from Edwards Insurance Brokers. We are a small Church in Leicestershire and no longer have nobody within our ranks with specialist insurance knowledge. Insurance is an increasingly complex area, especially when we are involved in putting on outside events etc. so we find the services of a good broker essential. Edwards offer us a personal level of service and David and his team are always on hand to give us prompt, specialist advice - no telephone queueing, annoying menus, call centres etc. You can always speak to a helpful person. Any claims we have had have been promptly and efficiently dealt with. I would certainly recommend the Company. Steve Holman (Administrator - Oadby Baptist Church)”

“Very efficient service from principally Elaine and Nicola in your office . Response to queries by phone or email handled very quickly and comprehensively . The quality of renewal documentation with accompanying covering letter also very clear for both Churchs I look after namely St Johns Church , Northwood and St Martins South Oxhey Alistair Todd 5/3/2016”

“We are extremely impressed by your professionalism. The speed at which Rita has replied to our administrative queries has been excellent. Also of course you have been of tremendous help in dealing with our two thefts of lead claims. It has been very re-assuring to know that you are actively dealing with the Insurers and the Loss Adjuster to reach settlement of the claims. Elaine has been very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with these. Thank you very much for all you have done.”
