“We are a management company, responsible for a private road, on a small residential estate. We were recommended to Edwards through a third party, to ascertain the insurances we needed for our legal liability and risk assessment. Edwards, brought all this together very comprehensively, with good service, competitive pricing, friendly staff and quick responses, to our enquiries. Would recommend, especially for their expertise in our particular needs. Special thanks to Sarah, who went out her way to help with our enquiry”

“Tom Barnes went out of his way to be helpful: tenaciously checking on how matters were progressing, assembling a mix of offers to cover our diverse requirements, and always being friendly and helpful. We were sorry that we could not proceed in the end because the premium was going to be too heavy a long-term commitment.”

“I have been dealing with Sam Sedgewick and she has been very efficient and helpful in arranging a new policy for our Church and switching our old policy to organisation we belonged to. She has always responded to e-mails quickly and been patient whilst we have made adjustments. Excellent service all round”

“The only broker who really listened, instantly understood my needs, offered the additional add on options that I had wanted, for me to consider without any pressure, (which competitors hadn't even heard of). Alan returned calls on time and came up with the exact product I asked for at a competitive price. Polite, friendly and professional at all times Alan was reassuring, explained all jargon and didn't bat an eyelid when he had to explain a few points I had not grasped initially. The turn around time was incredible. I thoroughly recommend Edwards Insurance brokers.”

“We are a Chapel in Hinckley, Leicestershire and years ago dealt directly with the Insurance Company, which wasn't easy! Linking with Edwards Insurance Brokers was one of the best things we have done, any problems being sorted with clear explanation and without fuss. One major plus point with "Edwards" is that a particular Account Handler is dedicated to your account, so you are always dealing with the same person. Rita gave us excellent service for many years and, in recent years, Sarah has been doing the same. We would be happy to recommend "Edwards Insurance Brokers" to anyone.”
