“We have recently taken our church insurance policy with Edward Insurance Brokers and were really impressed with the service received during this process. Tom was very professional, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable with his advice. We communicated via phone and email and all was completed in no time. Tom took time to clarify, explain and answer any questions. It is really refreshing to receive an amazing customer service that deserves an excellent review, especially in today's times where customer service often appears detached from the customer or is non existent. “As a new client I was finding the whole processreally daunting as I am setting up a supported living house and it is not straightforward. However Tom ably guided me through the whole process . He was cheerfuand knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I am confident I have a product that meets our needs .”

“I highly recommend Tom from Edwards Insurance Brokers. We needed an insurance policy as soon as possible to lease a new building. Tom handled most of the details in a single day and even agreed to send me the proposals for approval on his day off. Everything was efficiently sorted out via phone and email, with a clear explanation of every option. “It's easy, really. Having set us up with a very good policy some year's ago, all that happens now is that we get the annual renewal documents sent by email, and as long as we have no changes in our cover requirements, we can renew very quickly, and look forward to another year of exceptional service from Edwards.”
