“Very poor service, initial online request for a quotation ignored. When I rang all I get is emails, no attempt at any professional 'know your customer' approach and then just given a ridiculously high premium without any attempt at a breakdown across the three distinct areas I required cover for. Needless to say I am going elsewhere.”

“Fantastic service. Insurance cover arranged within five hours, responsive to internet, email and phone calls. Greatly assisted tennis club when it had been badly let down by previous broker. Would highly recommend.”

“Alan responded quickly to my request and explained the policy options clearly. I was very last minute and he pushed the underwriters for a speedy response.
