“Very quick response to my inquiry phone call, clear communication on services offered and turnaround time, courier uplift arrangements were spot on as was the return of the ABS unit, maintained contact throughout repair process at every stage, backup contact was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and professional they provided alternative procedures should a repair be impossible to carry out, provided costs of repair and postage exactly. It was good to talk to a company that understood and took time to listen and act upon questions submitted. Would use their services again and will promote company at every opportunity first class.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt this needed one. From start to finish I received an excellent customer experience! I had issues with understanding the process so I called them after booking the testing and the person in the customer service team walked me through it all! I then sent my parcel off again smooth process and then it was back with me fully fixed in 3 days!! I also received updates via text and email on where it was up to! Highly recommended”

“ECU testing repaired my VW Tiguan screen assembly. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, collection and delivery from the VW dealership was included. I now have the unit back in my car and it is operating perfectly. The cost was a fraction of a new unit which would have been £3000. My thanks to ECU testing for a great job, i can highly recommend them, they can repair a variety of components.”

“Sent off my ecu and came back fully functioning, they sent a courier to collect it and returned it 5 days later saving me hundreds! Cant say how much of a relief this was to me and with a fast turn around. Thank you”

“I am extremely happy with the service ECU testing provided. After some careful research online I decided that I would send my Audi A3 instrument cluster for Inspection following an intermittent fault with the immobilizer, which is located inside the cluster. The online form makes the entire process so easy, even down to arranging collection from my home. Communication was excellent with regular updates at every stage. ECU testing identified a fault and gave me the option to proceed with the repair at a very reasonable price . The return of the cluster was quick and on time and has to date, worked perfectly! I might add that the cost of the repair was a small fraction of the cost of replacement and reprogramming the entire unit. Many thanks to the ECU testing team for a really top notch service!”

“You can't fault this company. The instructions on their website were very clear as to how to pack up and arrange for sending of unit. Delivery arranged through DHL and ECU have aprint off address label on their site. ECU kept me in touch with progress when it was with them and the repaired instrument cluster was delivered back to me a few days later. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone else.”
