Very quick response to my inquiry phone call, clear communication on services offered and turnaround time, courier uplift arrangements were spot on as was the return of the ABS unit, maintained contact throughout repair process at every stage, backup contact was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and professional they provided alternative procedures should a repair be impossible to carry out, provided costs of repair and postage exactly. It was good to talk to a company that understood and took time to listen and act upon questions submitted. Would use their services again and will promote company at every opportunity first class.
