“The whole process was really excellent. I was contacted by text & E-mail at every stage to tell me what was happening to the item being repaired. It was delivered on time to my garage & I collected my car the next day. The cost was as quoted & much less than I had been quoted by a main dealer for my car. I am a happy customer.”

“Hello ecotesting I wery disaponted your service. Delevery was terrible it took 2 weeks to get parts beck, well I manage to get part over to in36hours.They saying parts was broke. Spend 250 ponds to get it fix but car still not going. woudnt recomend ecotesting to any one at all.”

“Excellent customer service while my ECU been going various stages. I had been updated right throughout the process from the start to the finished. I got my ecu back fitted it and I'm driving about a month now no light or problem occurs . I highly recommend ECU Testing with very reasonable price with lifetime warranty, you couldn't got any better.”

“Overall I have found ECU testing to be good even when we have had suspected problems. The only thing I find is they are very slow with there repairs when they say 10 days its 10days. My customers find this sometimes a problem so we have to go else where”

“Excellent Service, Recommended to all who are having ABS/VSA warning light issues. I got a nightmare price from Honda Service Center to fix VSA light on my 2.2 Diesel Honda Accord 2007. I then checked on internet and found about ESA Testing. There were many nice comments about them and that forced me to try them and it was more than worth it. Very quick repair solution (within 5 days as they say) at a very affordable cost and you can always check the status of your part online. Telephone inquiries are also entertained timely and in a very friendly atmosphere. Now my car is EU approved with VSA light fixed and I am very Happy Customer :)”

“Used ECUtesting.com to test & repair a customer's ABS pump. Efficient ordering service. Returned reasonably quickly (but had to call twice for update, to be told it was ready). Would use again.”

“ECU Testing Ltd repaired a faulty gearbox ECU for my Audi A4 back in June 2015. I found their customer service to be highly professional and their workmanship quite exemplary. I was promptly updated at every stage of the repair process and the unit was shipped back to me in mint condition. I have not had problems with it so far. That said, the Company should improve on the speed of its responses to emails. It is quite disheartening when emails are responded to after two days. Further, there was a one week delay from the date of payment for the repairs to the date the unit was shipped. This is an oversight that the Company should note to address as, generally, any delay in shipment greatly inconveniences the customer.”
