“OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“My ABS ECU has been repaired, seemingly as new & working fine but your delivery firm lets you down - they left the "signed for" parcel in my porch without knocking; by chance I noticed their van drive off. When I logged onto their tracking website DPD claimed that I had signed for the parcel 30 minutes before it was left, presumably falsifying my signature in the process! This soured what was otherwise a very positive and straightforward process.”
