“No praise and commendation too high for Dawsons eCookshop. Their products ate superb, always as detailed, sent very quickly, fantastic prices (the best I ever find on the web) and their communication is outstanding. But what is truly special about Dawsons (and possibly the main reason I buy from them so frequently) is that they are a family business which REALLY cares. They are incredibly understanding, do all they can to help, and deliver a service that is second to none. Rather like a high street favourite used to do. I recommend Dawsons without reservation and am so pleased I found them.”

“Purchased as a Christmas present which I know will be greatly appreciated. Even better, I had a free gift of a rinse and chop board so an extra Christmas present for the recipient. Excellent price for the grillit, delivered promptly in good packaging. Would thoroughly recommen ECookshop.”

“Was a bit concerned about how competitively priced the item was and worried it was a scam. Was careful to order on credit card so I could claim back if required. Shouldn’t have been worried because the item came promptly and was exactly what I ordered. Really happy and would use again.”

“The pans are a gift and look very nice. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in dpd the carrier. I sat in and waited for him and then received a message that he had been and gone! I certainly did not hear anyone at the door and neither did my two dogs who bark at everything! He took the parcel to the post office in the next village, I am elderly and disabled and the parcel contained a full set of pans which is obviously a very large box and I really really struggled to get it home. If he did in fact come to the house he made no real attempt to deliver the parcel I was literally sat there waiting for him.”
