“Very disappointing. The box was covered in dust and there was rust on the rim and scratches on the base. As the product only cost £15, it is more hassle to complain and return it. It's a gift but I'll be upgrading it to something better. I wasn't going to review it but in light of the email requesting the review, here it is.”

“Toaster arrived in its box within a box. The actual toaster box is bashed about and covered with a filthy dust layer. So not good so far…..”

“Hi, This not my first-time purchase from you, there is no system to open account and check past or new order details on your website. I wish you improve your service in that regard. Thanks.”

“No praise and commendation too high for Dawsons eCookshop. Their products ate superb, always as detailed, sent very quickly, fantastic prices (the best I ever find on the web) and their communication is outstanding. But what is truly special about Dawsons (and possibly the main reason I buy from them so frequently) is that they are a family business which REALLY cares. They are incredibly understanding, do all they can to help, and deliver a service that is second to none. Rather like a high street favourite used to do. I recommend Dawsons without reservation and am so pleased I found them.”
