“When DPD screwed up the delivery I was able to phone and speak to a most helpful lady who said that they would resend my plates. It's so refreshing to have superb customer service with an actual person on the end of the phone. Highly recommended, and thankyou so much for your help.”

“I was so delighted with my first order from this store (before Christmas) that I placed a second one. I knew I would like the placemats and the drinks flask looks good (I haven’t tried it yet). I’m not sure if I would have bought the glasses if I’d seen them ‘in the flesh’ but I’m keeping them now they’re here Everything was well backed and arrived promptly and undamaged. I would buy from this store again.”

“I ordered two Denby plates - they arrived very well packaged. Unfortunately one of the plates (in sealed bag as supplied from the manufacturer) had a manufacturing default & the glaze had not been properly applied. I contacted Dawsons eCookshop & a replacement was issued which arrived the next day (again, very well packaged) & was in perfect condition (it had obviously been examined before dispatch to ensure OK). I am very impressed with the service as I think it's when things go wrong that you find out how good a service is so 11 out of 10 from me.”
