“Courier dropped my package so goods were damaged but the team resolved it so quickly. They sent a replacement straight away which arrived a day or so later and then arranged pick up. Super friendly and very helpful. Will buy there again”

“Can’t fault ecookshop for keen prices and fast delivery. However the Portmeiron side plates I recently purchased are awful ( they were discounted heavily) but chip terribly. The Villeroy & Boch Vivo neo dinner plates are great though.”

“I ordered 12 bone China cereal bowls and they were delivered within a week. The quality of the bowls are excellent and they were amazing value for money(cheapest on the internet) Unfortunately only 10 bowls were delivered, but upon notifying them they sent 2 more bowls out to me the same day. I’ll certainly buy from them again.”
