“Purchased some items a few weeks ago and was so impressed, with both the price and the service, that they were my first port of call when looking for additional items. Delivery was within a couple of days of ordering and everything (china) was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“They look good but not took off cellophane as for gifts Came in a large box with a massive roll of bubble wrap which was a bit excessive for 2 small packages of coasters I thought”

“Ordered Denby dinner service but it was to be picked the found out didn’t actually have it. Phone to tell us and we ended up having a set made up less the mugs as they didn’t have them. Staff were very nice and helpful and gave us 10o/o off. We ordered the mugs direct from Denby.”
