“Always good value for money and efficient processing, packaging and dispatch of orders. Unfortunate that now some ranges of products, made in the EU, have had to show an increase in prices, but this is probably the result of the Brexit deal. Thank you Dawsons”

“Excellent speedy service and great price too. A plate in the Denby 12 piece set was chipped on the underside on arrival. After sending a photo of the offending article a replacement was sent and delivered the following day”

“5 star review. I don’t hand these out lightly but eCookshop (Dawsons) deserves top marks. For the initial Chat, the ordering process, the incredibly efficient despatch and notifications during transit. The item I ordered did not appear to function as expected and when I made contact to discuss my concerns, a replacement/exchange was initiated immediately. Delivery was arranged on a date to suit me. Last but not least, I too was sceptical about the massively discounted prices and was wary of engaging with a dodgy company. Could not be further from the truth.”

“First class service from eCookshop at Dawsons. Fast delivery, competitive price and I am very pleased with my Magimix Le Mini Plus performance. I can now dispose of individual appliances because these items are now incorporated in my new appliance giving me much more cupboard space. I would use this company again.”
