“Sent via DPD who decided not to attempt to deliver it just to take it to a local collection point. Called to complain about this, the only option apparently is for them to wait until it is returned to them, then they will send it out again. I am the customer and paid for delivery. I am the one getting penalised as I don’t have my goods over a week after paying for them. Shame on you ecookshop/damsons you should. Put the customer first. You know the goods haven’t been delivered therefore you should send them out again immediately via a different carrier. I will not be buying from you again”
