“Fantastic service and next day delivery. My order was DPD tracked with an hour delivery slot. Very pleased with my new KitchenAid mixer. Cheapest price I found. The free gift I received with the mixer, sadly didn’t work. But I went on to their live chat and Julie organised DPD to email me a return form to print off and I dropped it off at my local Argos. The following day a new free gift arrived which worked perfectly and my husband was very pleased with it. Would thoroughly recommend ecookshop to friends and family. Great, efficient service. Exceeded my expectations”

“Easy to order, delivery efficient the only issue was how damaged the box was (see photo). I appreciate this isn't the fault of the supplier but probably the courier. The toaster is a present and although the box is bashed appears to be OK.”
