“Item from ecookshop was fine, BUT, the delivery company let down the seller by not delivering on the date and time notified. Courier confirmed he was going to deliver on Friday 20 March 2026 between 1322 and 1422. At approx 1411, we suddenly get an email "sorry we missed you" we will deliver on Monday 23 March 2026! Not good enough. Item eventually delivered on the 23 March 2026 between 1432 and 1522.”

“Ordered some Denby bowls from a line that is being discontinued. Very pleased to be able to obtain them from the ecookshop as they are no longer widely available. Price was competitive. Ordering on line was straightforward and communication on the delivery was good. Packaging was very thorough so no chance of breakages. Overall - very pleased and would use again.”
