“There is nothing wrong with the product bought or its excellent packaging BUT, the delivery was NOT as ordered. DPD were told to leave the package 'in our front porch'. They did not; they left it down by the front gate exposed to the weather which soaked the cardboard. The photograph taken by the driver deliberately was taken as a close-up so that you could not see the location. Should you wish to progress this, prove this, with DPD, I took a photograph of its actual location which is attached below. The other two packages were not from you but delivered by DPD at the same time. They had the same instruction! Delivery took 6 days (your options below don't allow for that)”

“Searching for an affordable food processor and came across eCookshop and a Kitchen Aid appliance which seemed to fit my brief. There were two similar items, different prices and the assistant on the online chat was very helpful in getting me to make up my mind. No pressure selling just good information. The appliance arrived in just a few days and really happy with both it and the service received. I would use this company again.”

“Everything was excellent about the purchase of the Dualit kettle. It arrived within 24 hours of the order being placed, DPD's tracking was brilliant and on time. The kettle itself was great, a slightly improved version of my original. The metal plate on the base gives a secure feel and the seal on the lid will stop corrosion on the lip of the top.”
