“While I loved the actual cups and saucers And the delivery time was perfect I was very very disappointed in the James Martin box inside the outer packaging. It was filthy and so scuffed and looked like a charity shop Ipurchase . I had to take the crockery out and repackage as it was for a present. 2 boxes were ordered and both were in same dirty state Regards F. Rankin”

“The casserole I ordered came in the time predicted and was packed well. It was in perfect condition. It was delivered by DPD and the man who came with it followed our instructions to wait at the door and give us time to get to him. He delivered it within the time slot that DPD gave us.”
