“Fantastic customer service. I found the website really hard to figure out and could “add” more than 1 item to my basket, so gave up and called to order. Perfect order taking and perfect delivery to a different delivery address. Faultless service (shame about the website)”

“As always the service from this independent company was exceptional - the items were delivered free within 48 hours and well-packed to prevent damage in transit. I have ordered from them many times before and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. This is customer service at its best and this business deserves our support.”

“Ordered two Denby pasta bowls in the Black Friday offer. Couldn't believe how quickly they were delivered, perfectly packed to prevent damage. I've ordered from Dawsons ECookshop before and their service is second to none. Thankyou.”

“Good quality cuttery. Only problem, the labels are difficult to remove even in dishwasher!”

“Excellent quality, good weight. Much, much better than coated pans, as the coating always comes off and you end up eating it!”
