“Items delivered quickly and well packaged. Although one of the items had a slight blemish, customer service was quick to respond and resolve the issue immediately. Communications were efficient and polite and so I would highly recommend this company, knowing that they provide a first class service. Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver to my home address but rather to the local post office instead which was slightly irritating but this was out of the supplier's control.”

“I recently bought a KitchenAid coffee machine, I was a bit worried that I he low price would be reflected in either service or the condition of the machine. I needn't have worried. The coffee machine is brilliant and the was delighted with the service.”

“I am very disappointed with this SMEG Kettle. The first thing to go wrong wa the soft opening lid which stopped working after a few months. Ane then after approx 2 years the kettle has stopped working completely. I have purchased a cheap kettle in my local supermarket to compare how long it will last to the rather expensive SMEG kettle.”
